Housing
The Institute offers a variety of housing options to help your transition to Siguatepeque. Our housing includes hot water, electricity, washing machines, wifi, space to park your vehicle and other amenities. It is our priority to make your arrival as stress-free as possible. When you arrive, you will be able to move into your living situation immediately and be ready for classes as soon as you are settled in. Most housing options are within walking distance of the school.
Housing Options
3 Bedroom House We often help accommodate families into single family homes. We offer 3 bedroom, 2 bath furnished houses with all utilities provided such as hot water in the shower, electricity, wifi, a washing machine, parking space and more.
2 Bedroom Apartment This is perfect for you if you are a married couple or a small family. We offer 2 bedroom, 1 bath furnished apartments with all utilities provided such as hot water in the shower, electricity, wifi, a washing machine, parking space and more.
Immersion Housing For singles or couples that would like to fully integrate themselves into the culture, we have immersion housing available, which includes 3 meals a day (except Sunday), your own room, wifi, electricity and ample opportunity to practice your Spanish!
Note: If you have a larger family, we will do all we can to help you find a house to rent in the area.
