About Us
The Spanish Institute of Honduras was originally started as an offshoot of a local seminary by Camino Global missionary, Mark Fittz, for the purpose of providing language classes to future missionaries. In 2013 the Spanish Institute of Honduras became a legally registered Honduran company and has continued to grow and expand.
Although we are very proud of the fact that the school is a completely self-sustaining business, we have not lost sight of the original purpose of the school, providing quality Spanish language training, primarily to missionaries coming to serve in Honduras and Central America.

We understand that during your time with us you will be away from your family, your country, and your future missions work. Although we cannot replace these things, we do our best to support all of our students in every way possible. This support comes not only from those who oversee the school, but also from our teachers and the other students. When you study with us, you will find that you become part of a group of people who are committed to each other and to one another's success.
